Meet Theresa

Welcome everyone,

I'm so happy you have decided to stop by for a little visit!  I hope you enjoy your stay.  I want to share with you the fun I have making mats for story workshop and play out of wool.  I needle and wet felt wool to create whimsical, fun settings for children to use their imagination, play and tell stories. I hope through this website and especially through my workshops I can share with you a little bit of inspiration. 

I am a mother, wife and teacher.  I have been teaching for 26 years in beautiful North Vancouver, BC, Canada.  Seven years ago I took a magical leap into the world of Kindergarten. Kindergarten is an exciting adventure where many wonders, explorations, and investigations take place. I am passionate about inquiry and play based learning, and am greatly inspired by the Reggio approach to learning.  Teaching literacy skills through story workshop has become my passion and joy.
